Please read over the information below so you know what to expect when ordering on Natali’s website and rest assured that there are real people that will do whatever is needed to make sure you are completely happy with your ordering experience.

BASED IN USA, SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS WORLDWIDE!

Natali’s studio is USA based, and all orders are filled and shipped from the USA by USPS. Natali regularly ships all over the world, and has customers in over 20 different countries and growing!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Natali is dedicated to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Between her busy schedule working on new paintings and creations, please allow a 3-4 working days before your order is shipped. Delivery of orders within the USA can take 2-8 business days, and delivery overseas can take 8-14 business days. Please consider Holiday and Weather disruptions during those seasons. Unfortunately, we cannot control any shipment once it leaves our hands, so we are not liable for any damages. Contact the USPS for any issues or to file a damage or missing claims.


CURRENCY

This site only offers one currency - USA dollars.

ORDERING PRINTS (Multiples)

All orders of prints will ship in durable tubes sent First class, unless the order is large - those will be shipped in a flat box with a tracking number. Specify when paying with PayPal if you want your prints to be signed or they will go without.

ORDERING ORIGINALS

All orders of originals will be inserted into a Toploader, which are made of a rigid crystal clear PVC material to keep your paintings from bending and safe from  water damage. These acid free, archival quality Toploaders are a perfect way to store and display while keeping them extra safe from wear, tear, and shipping. Originals will be slipped into the Toploader and then packed into a durable flat box. Also, insurance will be added to the ship charge and a confirmation signature for its delivery, tracking is complementary.

OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, but if there is something about your order that you are unhappy with, please contact Natali directly on the contact page and she’ll do whatever she can to make it right.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders will recieve an email from USPS with the link for the tracking number when your order is shipped. International orders as well.

WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

Any orders being sent outside of the USA may require import taxes or duties, depending on each different countries law(s). A great place to check what you might be charged is at http://www.dutycalculator.com. Any import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Natali, always attaches an accurate customs form declaration to her parcels, as it is a legal offense to give fraudulent details on customs forms (e.g. to misrepresent the value of the parcel in order to avoid import charges or falsify the contents).

Natali’s crafts are lovingly handmade, right from the artist’s home and sourced from selected quality manufacturers. She loves detail and so she takes quality seriously in her business and works hard to make sure every customer is thoroughly pleased with their purchase!
