Natali’s studio is USA based, and all orders are filled and shipped from the USA. Natali regularly ships all over the world, and has had customers in over 10 different countries and growing!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Natali is dedicated to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Between her busy schedule working on new paintings and creations, please allow a few working days before your order is shipped. Delivery of orders within the USA can take 1-8 business days, and delivery overseas can take 8-14 business days. Please consider Holiday and Weather disruptions during those seasons.

This site only offers one currency - USA dollars.
ORDERING PRINTS (Multiples)
All orders of prints will ship in durable tubes sent First class, unless the order is large - those will be shipped in a flat box with a tracking number. Specify when paying with PayPal if you want your prints to be signed or they will go without.
ORDERING ORIGINALS
All orders of originals will be inserted into a Toploader, which are made of a rigid crystal clear PVC material to keep your paintings from bending. These acid free, archival quality Toploaders are a perfect way to store and display while keeping them extra safe from wear, tear, and shipping. Originals will be shipped, Toploaded, and packed into a durable flat box. Also, insurance will be added to the ship charge and a confirmation signature for its delivery, tracking is complementary.
OUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY All sales are final, but if there is something about your order that you are unhappy with, please contact Natali directly on the contact page and she’ll do whatever she can to make it right.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If your order is eligible for a tracking number, you will receive this number in your delivery confirmation email when your order is shipped. Large orders and International, receive it automatically.
WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
Any orders being sent outside of the USA may require import taxes or duties, depending on each different countries law(s). A great place to check what you might be charged is at http://www.dutycalculator.com. Any import taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Natali, always attaches an accurate customs form declaration to her parcels, as it is a legal offense to give fraudulent details on customs forms (e.g. to misrepresent the value of the parcel in order to avoid import charges).

Hello Natali. I just received my Queen Amidala commissions today. All I can say is that they look phenomenal. The ability to see all the details in the background and the subtle nuances (the colors used in the eyes and the eyelashes) just make these commissions true master pieces in my collection. PRINTS: Starting in 2016 all newly produced prints will have the Authentic foil seal. This will bring more value while protecting the image from fraud.
COMIC CONVENTIONS: I'm sorry, but I won't be attending many, if any, comic cons any longer. My schedule is too full and I feel as though the con industry is becoming over saturated. If by chance I do attend, I will let you know here and on my fb page.
NEW PRODUCTS: I am putting together a hardbound art book of all my works from comics, commissions, and original paintings. It's already over 100 pages! A must for the avid collector. I'll post here to let you know when it's up on kickstarter.com. Soon I will have some shirts up to purchase and I'll have everyone on facebook vote for the one(s) they really like.
COMMISSIONS: My ability to continue commissions is coming to an end as I am becoming too busy. So, I'm sorry if I have to turn anyone away. But there are many prints, limited sketch covers, or a few originals left to consider.
