In 2011 I painted, "Penny for Your Soul" for the New York comic con varient through BDI, with dry pastel, airbrush, and Prismacolor pencils on Strathmore 11x17 paper. Took me roughly 180hrs to paint.
This was my 3rd commissioned comic cover and it was my first attempt at airbrushing. Of course I only attempted airbrushing for the background and it became a great learning experience. Good thing it turned out ok, haha. My favorite part was the demons wings. The print is reproduced on high quality 100lb Cougar, matte paper. Stunning quality and packed into a protective archival sleeve.
