Dragon Protector

STORY

Scarlet, becomes a great warrior princess, trained in difficult times to protect the dragon race. A race that was at one time made of twenty, good-powerful-human Kings. These kings were turned by a dark Demon Lord, into baby dragons. Immediately, they were hunted, but only the strongest of the dragons survived. Seven had escaped and lived for quit some time in hiding while growing into their new strong bodies. On their seventh year since transforming, they received a vision by the Dark Lord, revealing a second chance to become human again. They had to find a glowing blue stone and crush it to break the spell. However, the Dark Lord warned, once they begin to search for it and by the time they find the stone, they most likely will have forgotten they were human. It was still a chance and knowing the risk, while in search and the more time that passed stripped the seven King's humanity away as promised. So one of the seven dragons, King Red, realized the Dark Lords true plans.

Red asked himself, "Why would he give us a second chance if its most likely to cause us to forget once we find the stone? What's the point when we all have successors? he doesnt seem to want to rule our lands." It only made since that the Dark Lord wanted them for his use, like slaves. So Red, not wanting to be defeated, found a dainty blonde, Princess Scarlet, but he unfortunately had not much time left to earn her trust as he continued to forget.

A few months passed as it took time for Scarlet to realize he wasn't going to kill her. But what really made her begin to change her mind was his odd behavior, the way he walked, his head movements that suggested emotions, or how he stared at her intently. So she began to wonder and used her magical gifts from her tattoos she was born with and used one to hear his thoughts. After learning from Red, about the Dark Lord and the curse, she began to train. She then used her remaining gifts to match Reds abilities of strength, a blade forged to be as strong as his teeth, and to be able to see through his eyes - which is why her eyes are yellow. From their strong connection her hair is a reflection of his eyes when they are linked.

Here, she is defending Red, against the Dark Lord, which is angered by their plausible defeat as the freeing blue rock rests just inside of the cave. Unfortunately, at this point, Red, has become mostly a dragon, but Scarlet won't give up as she has fallen in love with him.

Will they be able to get to the rock in time to free all the dragons and for Red and Scarlet to embrace for their first time, or are the Dragon Kings doomed to become the Dark Lords slaves?
