In 2012 I drew, "Lycanblade, Alone," with airbrush, oil paint, and Prismacolor pencil on Strathmore 14x17 paper. This is the 3rd painting of the Lycanblade series.

STORY

Jozet Deloncré lies alone, not sure as to how she arrived wherever she was since her blackout. From her battle for her freedom, she knows the fundamentals of what happened. She killed Blades, so now she ponders if she is just as bad as they or the Werewolves were to her parents, coldblooded murderers. While questioning, she continued to lay over the pool of blood as she looked at the stains on her hands from the possibility that she could be. Currently, she remembers feeling physically powerful emotions of power and domination when she was completely fortified in the Lycanblade. Therefore, she has a new fear, a fear for if each time she becomes the Lycanblade...will it ultimately consume her or can she control it when she has struggled to understand it? The necklace is her salvation until she needs it no more.
